More about nano-size nuclear weapons

https://marxjatalous.blogspot.com/

Kimmo Huosionmaa

There is another way to make very effective but small size detonators, and one of the most interesting ideas is for the small-scale version of the systems, what are used in fusion tests. Those systems would act like a small version of the Sci-Fi movie "Star Wars" "Death Star", where the lasers are the circular form around the pipe, what is also used for the lead laser, what would collect other laser-rays together, and carry them to the target. In this scenario, the weapon would shoot lithium batteries thru that pipe, and then the laser-ray would shoot in the same line, where this pellet would fly. That would cause the fusion detonation. But luckily the needed technology is still very far away from practical solutions. There is theoretically possible to miniaturize the systems, what are used in the laser-test facilities in the portable size.

And then the extremely small size fusion weapon could be done. In this case, the technology in that weapon in actually existed, but making it extremely small size would be difficult. When we are thinking about those extremely small size nuclear explosives, they are extremely fascinating option for many military actions. Those weapons can destroy entire warship with one shot. But the problem is, that they are hiding the line between conventional and nuclear weapons. When we are thinking about those very easily moving and many times shooting weapons, what have extremely high firepower, we think that they might be even too devastating.

The laser- or other electromagnetic radiation would raise the temperature of the lithium very high level, and that would be made possible to make very small nuclear explosives. The best way to make that thing just shoots the lithium pellet in the same line as the laser- or other electromagnetic radiation, what would raise the temperature enough high, for making very small fusion explosive.  Those systems are already in use at the fusion test sites like NIF (National Ignition Facility) at Lawrence Livermore national laboratories and many places in Europe. But those systems must be made much smaller if those miniature fusion bombs would be real. And they can cause terrible visions in the mind of humans.

Fission bullets, the most lethal projectiles in the world

https://crisisofdemocracticstates.blogspot.com/

We all know, how effective depleted uranium ammunition is against armor and this ammunition is used by NATO in various conflicts. There are rumors, that there might be more effective and terrifying bullets existed in Russia, but as we might know, some of the projects, what are claimed to made by Soviet scientists might have the origin in other lands.  Nuclear weapons are a politically sensitive thing. But they are very effective and in theory is possible to make the radioactive bullet, what will destroy an entire building with one shot.

And that's why some nuclear weapon projects are outsourced to Russia. In this case would be the thing, what is called "fission bullet", and if it exists, the thing would be the smallest nuclear weapon in the world. This would be made of Californium or some other synthetic highly radioactive element. The idea of those weapons is that they are subcritical, and that makes them harmless, but those materials must be stored in a very cold place, where the temperature is near absolute zero points, what is minus 273 degrees Celsius.

Because if the temperature rises the fission would be accelerated. This is the idea of subcritical nuclear weapon. The bite of the highly radioactive material would be radiated by electromagnetic radiation, what raises its temperature and accelerate the nuclear reaction. The fission bullet would be shot with a normal machine gun or other weapons, and during the flight, the piece would be heated by targeting it with electromagnetic radiation.  This type of weapons is extremely dangerous and easy to a product if the state has nuclear reactors.

The weapon would be modified M-203 or AK-47 grenade rifle, and when the shooter opens the fire, the bullet would fly in the microwave spotlight, what would make it heating. In this case, the grenade launcher would be replaced with microwave system, what would be used to heat the bullet. If this weapon has existed, it would be the smallest nuclear bomb in the world. The Californium bullets are very lethal even without electromagnetic stimulation, and if they hit to tank, that would be melted immediately.

A couple of words of radio-waves and spectroscopy

Spectra of Hydrogen and Helium

The most modern radar technology bases the same technology, what is used in the radio astronomy. One of the most interesting parts of this technology is so-called radio-spectrometer, what is used to determine the elements what is in some target. Those echoes can be separated by using Prisma or hila, what would help to get the spectrum visible. And the black lines in the spectrum are caused by the elements, what is sending the radiation.

Radio-spectrometer works like normal spectrometer, what would send to the laser-ray to the target, and then every atom would send the radiation in their unique frequency. Every element in the universe has the own frequency of electromagnetic radiation, and that would help to detect the elements what the target consists. The radio spectrometer would work in the same way, but the echo, what the elements would give are coming in the radio-frequency, but the methodology that is used is similar to the normal spectroscopic.

The reason for those dark lines, what is seen in spectroscopic photos is that when some element sends the radiation, would that wave movement cause that the waves would weaken. Actually, that phenomenon caused by the polarization of that frequency. Some scientists believe that this phenomenon can be used to make an object invisible in the frequency of light. Every electromagnetic radiation can be turned away from the object like radio waves, and in theory is possible to make the form where the light would travel across it like in STEALTH-aircraft.

Another way to make some object invisible to the human eye would be used the led-light, what would suppress the waves with counter waves, that the light would not snap from the surface of the object. But this technology needs that every frequency of the electromagnetic radiation must be suppressed differentially.  This means that every frequency of the spectrum must be made own led-lights, what would send the counter light exactly with the same power and frequency, what the incoming radiation has.

The effect is similar like in scenario, that somebody would send the counter waves from the beach to sea. If the counterwaves could send against incoming waves they would suppress even the large tsunamis, because every wave, what would hit the tsunami, will decrease its energy, but, of course, the huge turbines can be used against those waves, but this technology needs large-scale investors. And that's why this is possible in the distant future.
