Do you know that the last writing was against Facebook's group policy, and that would not help to make that thing safer place for people, who are hanging in there? So I'm wondering about the line of that discussion forum because there is allowed to operate some kind of nazi- and racist groups, This feels very interesting, because not other my texts or links have not been removed because they seem like garbage. Some of them are actually garbage, but as I have written before, I don't make those believing in my mind. But there is the night of the art today, and id the censorship so high by this reason?


Strange thing, that publishing the autopsy films, Nazi stuff, conspiracy theories, UFO:s  and the things that are against morality are not causing that reaction. But the writing about political control over the party limits caused the reaction, that the writing seemed like garbage. Interesting line in that organisation is that the racistic and other fanatics are allowed to operate in there freely, but that writing was removed by some moderators. And at the same time, some ISIS and another kind of organizations can deliver their opinions freely.

Collecting data from the social media services is against their contracts, and they would want to disconnect the firms, what makes that kind of actions on the Internet. But the problem is, how to control, that nobody would collect data by acting private person. This makes the surveillance of the net very easy because the corporation can have thousands of Facebook-accounts in their hands.


And they can operate that by using remote computers, what are placed even in the different countries. This is why connecting those accounts to some firm is impossible. The use of the cover firm makes possible to get flats and equipment possible without uncovering the identity of those operators. Firms can always establish new if the old one would get a bad reputation.


But the workers are difficult to renew, and the data to the Facebook would always send from the Western country. Those operators can use remote connections from Russia, and the computers, what is used can be installed in many countries because if one IP-address would be banned, the rest of them can continue their actions. This makes that thing very hard to deny.


And if some of those accounts would be removed, those operators can create the new one very easily, but the use of the firms as a cover guarantees, that those operators personal internet use would not be disturbed. One way to uncover those accounts, what is used in this kind of operations is to compile the information, what that account sends with the accounts, what operates same age persons, what this account owner claims, and if some 16 years old starts to feel like Vladimir Putin, could that account be faked.


The layer, what collects data from the Facebook or some other social media service must be very large, for getting enough data for making the profile of a large number of people and their way to use the Internet. This means that the corporation, what collects information might operate by several Facebook-accounts, what seems like private accounts.


That kind of data can be also collect by automatized screenshots and then the computers would start to analyze, what kind of interests and what kind of things, those persons like. Those corporations make compliments with the database where is collected the information by private operators and Russian authorities, what kind of person likes Vladimir Putin.


The things, what please the users are used to create propaganda posts, what are satisfying to see. That makes this kind of propaganda extremely dangerous because it is masked as the music videos or some other stuff, and this kind of propaganda is targeted at young people.


And there could be connected the flash-pictures and subliminal orders, what purpose is to change the targeted person way of think. But also to the leading politicians are frightened by Gallups, what might be faked. Those Gallups show, that the most of the people like the things, what support Russia.

Legal problems with technical advantages are the rise in the public knowledge by the Facebook face recognition programs or solution. Then we are talking about face recognition, will some lawyers say, that the automatic comparison about faces is not specified in the law text being prohibited or dangerous. They say that is the similar action, what is used every time manually by ordinary people, who discusses pictures what are taken by their cameras.


And nobody prohibits the discussions about the pictures, what are put on the Facebook. There would always lawyers, who claim that laws of the privacy don't contain face recognition. The problematic use of that technology is the ability to take a picture in some place, and then those programs compile the faces with the faces, what are seen in other pictures, what are found in databases.


This kind of software is created first to take the shoplifters, and the use of it is quite simple. When the alarm gate notices, that somebody is taking the product out from the shop, the surveillance camera takes a photo of this person. Even if that person would run out, the picture of that thief is in the system. When this person would go back to some shop, what is guarded same security company, would the image recognition system notice that thief, and makes the alarm for security personnel, who can catch that thief. Or this is why the system has been created.


The same system can compare the faces from Facebook and another kind of social media if those pictures are downloaded for comparison. Also, it can make the comparison from screenshots, and that would allow some private security companies allow to catch the thief by using this kind of technology. Also, this technology allows tracking suspected terrorists from the streets. In this process, the recon aircraft would take the pictures of suspected terrorist camps in the Middle East, and then those pictures would download to the system, what is connected to the security camera.


Then the system would block those persons from the streets, and call the authorities to the place. That system cannot be deceived by barb, and it shows, how many percents of those faces have identical with the persons who have portrayed by some recon plane in from the Middle East. That kind of systems is of course very dangerous in wrong hands because they can use to recognize undercover military and police officials. That kind of actions is the danger to national security because it makes possible to hit key members like presidential bodyguards during they are in free time.

Privacy is the very complicated thing, and some people don't want that their pictures would deliver to the Internet. Other people claim that the things like image recognition would make users juridical position better.  Now there is the new problem with people, who want to hide their identity in social media. That is the image recognition mode in Facebook, and that would cause very embarrassing situations in social media because that technology denies using other person pictures in that solution. Another thing that is very exciting is that face recognition software can be used in special locking systems in the highly secured computer world.


That kind of systems can allow locking important files in the computer, and they can be used by WEB-camera, what would work in laptop and mobile telephone. The new kind of computer protection allows to open the computer, but the files that are confidential turns to the "stealth-mode", what means that if the superiority, who has no access to all data uses computers with the henchman's password can he use that computer, but the superiority doesn't see the highly secure files, what is not meant to that boss. But when we are going back to the problems with face recognition there is one very big problem with the law. If somebody takes the picture in courtroom or military area, would that person allowed to mark other persons, and then compile their faces with other social media accounts, and that would allow uncovering the real identities of the policemen, who are working under faked identity.


There is one big problem: what if somebody uses this system as a "stealth mode", what means that the user of mobile telephone doesn't even know that the face recognition programs are installed in the mobile telephone by remote control. This means that some third party can remotely identify any person, who stands ahead of the infected mobile telephone. And the camera can be used by remote controlled. The image recognition is maybe illegal, but what the law enforcement can do with that? If somebody would take Facebook to the court, they might say, that also use other person's identity for harmful purposes is also illegal.


The juridical point of the image recognition is that everybody has right to send any data about him or her self what the person wants. Also, the defenders would take the point, that everybody has right to know, that the pictures if this person is not manipulated and their faces would not stamp to porn pictures. But this might cause the situation, that some criminals misuse that service. And if the court would not clearly say that face recognition hurts somebody persons legal right to privacy, will the Facebook continue the use of that system. Terrorists and drug smugglers are not persons, who're privacy would stop the use image recognition on the Internet.

What information should not deliver to Facebook

Below this text links to information, what should not share on Facebook. That text is in Finnish, but if you don't understand use some translator program. Here I must say that there are a million things, what might cause embarrassing situation if that information is shared on social media. First one would be that some sportsman might portray cigarette in mouth and bottle of whiskey in hand.


That would cause very embarrassing situation at home, and another thing, that might cause very much humor, is if some director of the enterprise-class company would say the family to go to London for the business meeting. And then there would be pictures and position information from "Red light district of Amsterdam". There might be little things to explain at home when our hero would get back to home.


Also, pictures that are taken at home might be dangerous, if there is a picture of guns. Firearms are the most wanted thing, what thieves want, and that might be the risk for the personal security of this person. But many times the reason for blocking the Facebook is a fear of making mistakes in social media. The things that some person has many great opinions and writings would cause strange feelings if that person ever writes anything in social media. Or by the way, those people publish many things in social media, but they only share those texts with their friends.


When we are talking about blackmailing people by stealing their diary, we must face the thing, that what kind of person steals their friend's diary? And if somebody ever writes a world, how this person keeps some diaries? Stealing the texts of some person, must the thief pay copyright payments to that person. And when we are thinking very clearly about the situation, that somebody orders text from some writer for dating, will that be the very embarrassing thing, if that would someday uncover. I understand very good, that somebody lends Shakespeare in those texts, but ordering the date letter from somebody else is something, what I don't understand.


And the top thing in this fictional case is that this orderer of the texts introduces that text in own production. This is what means plagiarism, and stealing the some other person's production is very embarrassing if that thing where dating letter what seemed very attractive was made by somebody else. This kind of things must be thought in public media.

Kun puhutaan seksuaalisesta ahdistelusta, niin on tietenkin hyvä että tällaiset asiat on otettu esille mediassa. Taiteilijalla on tietenkin oma vapautensa tehdä asioita, mutta jos se sitten aiheuttaa sellaisen tilanteen, että esimerkiksi elokuvan kuvauksiin tai muihin työpaikkoihin on vaikea mennä, niin silloin tietenkin asiaan pitää puuttua. Se mitä tässä ymmärretään taiteellisuuden rajoina on tietenkin jokaisesta ihmisestä itsestään kiinni.


Jos tilanne kuitenkin muuttuu sellaiseksi, että joku ryhtyy työpaikallaan itkemään, niin silloin asiaan pitää varmasti puuttua. Elokuvaohjaaja on tietenkin ihminen, joka on esimiehenä alaisilleen, ja jonka käskyjä pitää noudattaa ainakin tiettyyn rajaan saakka. Mutta esimerkiksi elokuva-alalla on sitten sellainen asia, että olisi hyvä tietää mikä se raja on, missä sitten esimerkiksi voidaan ohjaajasta tehdä ilmoitus.


Kun keskustellaan työpaikoista yleensä, niin on olemassa sellainen näkemys, että lähiesimiestä pitää kunnioittaa, mutta kuitenkin aina välillä tulee eteen tilanteita, missä esimies toimii vastoin hyviä tapoja. Ja kun keskustellaan esimiesaseman käytöstä, niin silloin tällöin voidaan kuitenkin kysäistä, että onko maassamme sellainen tilanne, että esimiehistä tai työtovereista ei saa tehdä mitään ilmoituksia? Jos ihminen tekee esimiehestään ilmoituksen, niin häntä pidetään ikään kuin lapsellisena. On sellainen koulukunta, jonka mielestä esimiestä pitää aina uskoa ja totella, vaikka tämä kuinka kohtelee alaisiaan huonosti.


Ja varsinkin sellaisissa tilanteissa, missä henkilö on epätyypillisissä työsuhteissa, on yleensä ollut tapana se, että työläinen jätetään vähän yksin työpaikalleen. Tietenkin nyt kun näitä yleensä kansan kunnioittamia esimiehiä on alettu katsella muidenkin kuin ruusunpunaisten lasien läpi, niin silloin varmasti on tullut mieleen kieltää sosiaalinen media, joka ei pysy kurissa, vaikka kuinka sitä yritetään vaientaa. Eli varsinkin Facebookissa leviää mitä uskomattomimpia tarinoita siitä, kuinka esimiehet sekä työtoverit ovat toimineet työpaikoilla.


Eikä tietenkään ole soveliasta, että esimerkiksi esimiehen käytöstä kommentoidaan jossain sellaisessa palvelussa, mistä ei filmejä saada pois. Ja sitten varmasti tällainen kommentointi pitää kitkeä ihmisten mielestä. Eihän siitä mitään tule, jos kaiken maailman “reppumiehet” siellä kertovat siitä, kuinka heitä on kohdeltu kaiken maailman siivousalan yhtiöissä. Eikä sitten tietenkään ole myöskään mukava katsoa tilannetta, missä esimies seisoo vieressä, kun muut alaiset simputtavat yhtä henkilöä työpaikalla.


Kun tätä Louhimiehen kohua peilataan tällaisia tapahtumia vasten, niin silloin varmaan mieleen muistuu sellainen asia, että ennen tämä tapaus olisi varmaan sivuutettu ilman sen suurempaa kohua. Ja asioista ilmoituksen tehnyt näyttelijä olisi sitten leimattu lapselliseksi, sekä vastahakoisesti käskyjä noudattavaksi työläiseksi. Eikä sitten tietenkään olisi mitenkään mahdollista, että ihminen jatkaisi näyttelijänä tällaisen tapauksen jälkeen. Ja aina välillä tällainen tapaus olisi käsitelty niin, että jos alainen olisi ollut hiljaa, niin hän olisi saanut pitää työpaikan. Mutta tässä vaiheessa pitää muistaa sellainen kysymys, että olisiko sitä paikkaa oikeasti tullut? Eli montako kertaa tuollainen simputettu työläinen on sen paikan oikeasti sitten saanut?


Mutta kun tätä tapausta pohditaan esimerkiksi muun median kannalta, niin silloin tietenkin voidaan sanoa, että Facebookissa pitää tämän takia noudattaa nyt erittäin tiukkaa linjaa, koska eihän kukaan halua lukea työpaikalla tapahtuvasta simputuksesta, jonka tekijänä itse sattuu olemaan. Tämän takia tällainen ongelmallinen media täytyy heti sulkea, jotta tällainen kiusallinen media ei täyty ilmoituksilla siitä, kuinka joku suuremmoinen esimies on toista kohdellut vähän huonosti.

Facebook and beyond

Social media advancing all the time. This is the truth and even the Facebook was the first, other would follow that channel, or how we will call the social media services. When we are talking about the way youngsters are not familiar with Facebook anymore, is that service would not give them any privacy to talk together. There could be the parents and their friends with secret profiles, to stalk those youngsters. And because the messages that are written in that service doesn't delete automatically, there would be problems with information security.


The reason why people afraid social media, is that is shows, what kind of person really is. If there would be some very intelligent person, who has many personal ideas, would that cause little bit surprising, that person ever writes a single world. When the person has many ideas and personal thoughts, that could be manifested by own writings and ideas also on the Internet.



When we are talking about Snapchat, this application gives little bit more privacy than the Facebook, what gives the writings on the wall to everybody. And when we are looking about Snapchat, that is the so-called stripped version of Facebook. This makes the stealing those messages more difficult because they will go to another person, not to some group.


But the primary reason for leaving the Facebook is that service has become boring. The original idea of this service was to make the channel, where people can publish anything, what they wanted, but then that area became the place for commercial marketing. And also many elder people began to use that media because this is the very good forum for meeting together. This is the very good thing, but this makes media so tolerated, that the use of this thing is not ”cool” anymore.


Other social media products have more quality to notice user's personal needs. And this is the thing, what makes them better for some things than Facebook. But as we might see, there are still users for that channel, and when we are talking about what kind of social media people uses, we must say that there would be the world, where people use many social media applications same time. People communicate with workplace by using Facebook, and with friends, they might use Instagram, and of course, Twitter is the very good choice for businessmen, who needs only links, and behind that are the reports, what those persons need.


When we are talking about the financial support for those social media applications, we must say that the financial marketing would use social media to make the profile of us. They would send targeting sales for the users, and also they can give to the government information, what kind of media is the example the good scientist or military personnel looks. This information might be used for military personnel recruiting process, or hunting the serial killers. If somebody looks the same movies and uses similar terms as the serial killer that would seem the little bit strange.


The specialists would create the profiles of the media-usage of good military man by using the information, what is collected from well known military men. Also, the prisoners can be used to collect the information of media-usage of criminals. And that data can be compiled with other people media-usage. This might give very good view to the person's mind. If somebody makes same things in social- or other media with the person who sits in the prison, this would mean that those two persons would make same things also in the real life. This would not make anybody guilty, but this will make the list of suspected criminals shorter. And it would help authorities targeting their actions to those persons.

Sosiaalinen media on ihmisille ja yhteiskunnalle sekä siunaus että kirous

Sosiaalinen media on samanlaista massamediaa kuin kaikki muukin media, jota katsellaan jostain ruudulta, mutta sen välittämä tieto saatetaan kohdistaa vain hyvin pienelle väkijoukolle, ja esimerkiksi Facebookissa on mahdollisuus tehdä sivuja, joiden avulla voidaan tiedottaa erilaisista asioista kuten kauppojen poikkeus aukioloajoista sekä kotibileistä, ja tämä jälkimmäinen asia ei aina ole aivan sitä mitä vanhemmat toivoisivat. Noiden suljettujen ryhmien välityksellä voivat myös esimerkiksi huumeringin jäsenet pitää yhteyttä toisiinsa ilman että he saavat puhelinlaskuun merkintöjä, mutta samalla tavoin voivat esimerkiksi sosiaalivirkailijat sekä poliisit etsiä rikollisia näiden sosiaalisen median sovellusten avulla.

 Myös poliisien kenttätoimintaryhmät voivat huomaamattomasti kommunikoida keskenään sekä lähettää epäiltyjen kuvia sosiaalisen median avulla, ja tietenkin sinne kirjoitetusta tiedosta jää selvät todisteet, ja noita Facebook-sivuja voidaan käyttää myös "honey poteina", joissa viranomaiset houkuttelevat rikollisia paljastamaan aikeitaan etukäteen. Eli esimerkiksi asekauppiaiden kotisivut voivat olla oikeasti joidenkin viranomaisten ylläpitämiä, ja niiden kautta kaupattuihin aseisiin voidaan liittää GPS-paikantimia, joiden avulla aseiden ostajat saadaan sitten kiinni. Tai ainakin aseiden säilytyspaikka voidaan paljastaa, ja nuo aseet voidaan sitten käydä hakemassa pois, ja joskus sitten käy niin, että rikollinen on unohtanut laittaa hanskat käteen, kun hän on aseita käsitellyt. Ja jos henkilö käsittelee esimerkiksi huumekauppiaiden tai terroristien ostamia aseita ilman hanskoja, niin uskaltaako hän sitten sanoa sitä pomolleen. Noissa piireissä on näet tapana rangaista virheistä kuolemalla.

Mutta kun puhutaan sosiaalisen median aiheuttamista ongelmista, niin tietenkin on ymmärrettävää, että esimerkiksi puolustusvoimat haluaa rajoittaa tiedon jakamista esimerkiksi leireiltä, ja se ylipäätään on puolustusvoimien kanta kaikkeen muuhunkin toimintaa, eli ilman eri käskyä ei tuossa paikassa tehdä yhtään mitään. Syynä tuohon sosiaalisen median käyttökieltoon tuossa paikassa on se, että tuo laitos pelkää, että sen hallussa olevia aseita anastetaan. Kuitenkin sosiaalinen media on hyvä tapa hankkia tietoja esimerkiksi siitä, että onko jollain henkilöllä sitten mahdollisesti sellaisia mielipiteitä tai asenteita, että häntä ei voida ottaa palvelukseen. Eli jos hän esittää esimerkiksi kantahenkilökuntaan kohdistuvia uhkauksia Facebookissa tai osoittaa hällä-väliä asennetta yhteiskuntaa kohtaan julkaisemalla jotain "mummonpotkimisvideoita" , niin olisiko mahdollisesti niin, että hänet sitten ohjataan suoraan jonnekin muualle kuin puolustusvoimiin? Sosiaalinen media on asia, joka on tullut jäädäkseen, ja tietenkin oppitunnit ovat opiskelua varten.

 Mutta kuitenkin koulujen on huomioitava se, että nuoret käyttävät sosiaalista mediaa vapaa-aikaaa, joten siksi tuolla luokissa olisi opetettava heille kriittistä asennetta noihin tietoihin, joita kaverit toisilleen jakavat. Eli mediakriittisyys olisi opittava ihan oikeasti tuolla koulun penkillä, koska Facebookissa voidaan asioista väittää ihan mitä hyvänsä, ja siksi olisi parempi opetella katsomaan sosiaalista mediaa kriittisesti. Samoin sosiaalisen median voimalla voidaan sitten jäljittää henkilöitä, jotka levittävät esimerkiksi islamistista propagandaa tai keräävät "suojelurahaa". Samoin sosiaalisessa mediassa voidaan Sosiaalisen mediaan applikaatioita voidaan tehokkaasti hyödyntää myös tavallisessa elämässä. Eli esimerkiksi kielten opiskelua voidaan tukea Facebookin avulla, ja näin edistää esimerkiksi maahanmuuttajien integnoitumista yhteiskuntaan. Samoin sosiaalisen median käyttö sekä siellä julkaistut kirjoitukset kyllä paljastavat sen, millainen asenne tai ajatusmaailma ihmisellä oikeasti on.

Tällöin tietenkin myös esimerkiksi saattaa käydä niin, että joku älyköltä vaikuttava "hipsteri-tyyppi" saattaa paljastua täydelliseksi puupääksi, jolla ei yhtään omaa ajatusta sitten olekaan. Kun puhutaan sitten lopulta myös rasismista sekä ulkomaalaisiin kohdistuvasta vihasta, niin silloin tietenkin pitää muistaa sellainen asia, että rasistillakin voi olla pitkät hiukset, ja hän voi käyttää pyöreitä silmälaseja, eli toki myös pitkätukat voivat kiusata muita. Mutta koulukiusaaminen varmasti näkyy myös sosiaalisessa mediassa, ja toisen seinälle kirjoitetut huomautukset tai väitteet siitä, että joku on esimerkiksi osallistunut jonkun ihmisen asunnon hajottamiseen voidaan kyllä sen avulla saattaa hänen vanhempiensa tietoon.

Tuolloin vanhemmat voivat sitten ottaa yhteyttä poliisiin, ja varmaan silloin voi kyllä alibikin löytyä, jos nuori on heidän kanssaan ollut vaikka 500 kilometrin päässä mökillä, ja tietenkin koulukiusaamiseen kuuluu sellainen asia, kuin että toista ihmistä mustamaalataan sekä häntä syyllistetään varkaudesta tai muista pikkurikoksista. Kyseinen syyttelijä on usein sellainen ison kaveriporukan "kuningas", joka itse saattaa syyllistyä pahoinpitelyihin tai huumekauppaan. Joten tuolloin kyllä sitten itseäni ihmetyttää, että onko noilla ihmisillä mitään suhteellisuudentajua siitä, kumpi on vakavampaa, varastaa jostain kaupasta vai potkia kaveri joukolla kadulla? Eli tietenkin näpistys on rikos, mutta kyllä tuollainen kaveripiiriin kanssa tapahtuva pahoinpitely on kuitenkin paljon vakavampi asia, kuin parin oluttölkin varastaminen, vaikka molemmat asiat tietenkin ovat rikoksia.
